Our guests are treated to an amazing view of our local mountain, the "Ötscher".
Our mountain offers plenty of opportunities for hiking and discovering our slopes. This includes 19 km of downhill slopes, and 21 km of cross-country trails. All are easily accessible within a few short minutes. After an activity-filled day, relax and unwind in the comfortable vacation apartment.

Our "Bärenwohnung" sleeps from 2 to 4 guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove (2 burners) and oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, and a coffee maker. The vacation apartment includes a separate WC and a bathroom with shower (including bath towels). Satellite-TV and WLAN are also included.
The balcony offers a breathtaking view of the Grossen (big) and Kleinen (small) Ötscher.
