Location: Our establishment is located approx. 60 km north of Vienna in the direction of Znojmo and only 15 km from the border crossing point of Klein-Haugsdorf. The central location and proximity to the Czech Republic offer you numerous excursion options.

In the immediate surrounding area, the romantic churches in Schöngraben, the Prantauerkirche in Wullersdorf, the golf course in Schönborn and numerous cycle routes all offer sightseeing, experiences and relaxation. Thanks to the mild climate in this area, the market village of Pöggstall, located in the southern part of the Waldviertel, has been known for generations as the "Merano of the Waldviertel". Pöggstall, at 462m above sea level, is the "secret tip" for anyone wanting to escape the noise and stress of the city. The apartment has been awarded 4 suns and is located just a short walk from the historical market square. The quiet location on a small rise offers a view of the area.
The 50m² apartment has been newly renovated and is fully equipped. I furnished it with loving attention to detail. The small garden has a sitting area perfect for enjoying your breakfast. Shopping in the village is within walking distance. 
 

Our rooms, appointed with careful attention to detail, are located 50 km north of Vienna, directly on the Sylvaner cycle trail, away from the main road.

A very cosy and well-equipped holiday apartment awaits you near the centre of Arbesbach in a peaceful surrounding area, ideal for relaxation. You can enjoy the afternoon or evening sun on the holiday apartment's terrace or play a round of table tennis in the large, enclosed garden, where you can later also spend a pleasant barbecue evening in the cosy arbour. The garden is ideal for children to play and run around in. A sand playground is also available. Our holiday apartment has its own entrance area with a car park in the immediate vicinity, which our guests find particularly convenient. The kitchen is fully equipped. The closest shopping opportunities are 100 m away. A well-stocked library and lots of boardgames are also provided. Well-signposted circular hiking routes lead to the many natural attractions and sights of our locality. Short excursions to the many castles, palaces, abbeys and museums nearby are also popular. In winter, well-marked cross-country ski runs lead out from the locality for distances of 3 to 15 km into the variety-rich landscape. Skis and boots can be borrowed. Our guesthouse is centrally located and still very quiet in the village of GRAFENWÖRTH, close to the castle Grafenegg and the Danube and thus offers a variety of excursion possibilities. Whether cycling, running, walking or just resting. Places of contemplation and the wide network of paths through fields and fields offer ideal opportunities for this.

You can just let your mind wander. Our resting places in the garden invite you to linger. Relax in the shade of the apricot tree or end the day with a glass of wine on our cozy terrace.

In one of our comfortably equipped, disabled-friendly double rooms, you can enjoy your holiday. The rooms are located in a quiet courtyard with many flowers, which is also available to you and your children. For our little guests there are some play equipment as well as a sandbox available.

We welcome you in Loich, a small town in the upper Pielach Valley, which is also known as "Dirndltal" because of the large presence of the Cornel. The municipal area is nestled between Schnabelstein, Eisenstein and the Pielach in Lower Austria's Alpine foothills, "where holidays are still holidays".

Our house is on the edge of a settlement in the immediate vicinity of the traditional Mariazell Railway and the Pielachtaler pilgrimage. Our location offers itself as a starting point for the numerous attractions in the area. Just an hour by car, you can reach the capital Vienna or Wachau. In addition to the available brochures we will gladly give you very personally tips for your free time.

Families, recreation seekers and nature lovers will find everything here for a successful holiday in unspoilt nature and in a warm, hospitable environment. Located 4 km away you will find supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, doctor, pharmacy and other services.

No matter whether climbers or walkers, mountain bikers or cyclists, there is a suitable route for everyone. Some of the marked paths and trails pass right by the house, and under the right conditions, your host will also accompany you on one of your MTB tours. Enjoy bathing fun for young and old in the summer pools in town or the idyllic natural bathing spots along the nearby Pielach.
